What type of catering are you requesting. Drop-off catering is simply ordering bulk lemonade in 1 gallon or 2 1/2 gallon containers, and is the most economical. A complete trailer setup costs more but offers the visual element of watching the squeezing. Note: A gallon of lemonade yields about 12 10-oz. cups.
